  At first I was a little nervous because I saw the reviews being low. However our server was very attentive lady and she was very sweet. Our food did take a little longer than expected since we just ordered wings and fries but it did come hot and fresh and honestly that's all I could care about. Would come back if we were in the area again!

  Horrible establishment and experience. I placed an order for catering a week before my event. I showed up to pick up my order and was told it would not be ready for at least half an hour.
  
  I requested a cancellation and refund because that timeframe was unacceptable and I could not wait due to scheduled time commitments.
  
  Staff and manager were rude and ghetto and told me that they couldn't do anything to help me and that I'd need to contact my bank to reverse the prepaid charge.
  
  Extremely poor customer service and no regard for the timing of orders.

  - Two out of 5 because this establishment has great potential but couldn't be more obvious the lack of care from management. This time experienced the worst Mojito, and I was told they don't carry Moscow Mules even thou they are on the menu. This is pretty bad for a Friday night, but it makes sense why they were not full. The beer keg needs to be changed because the beer tastes much like it, meaning no good. The good was ok just because the sauce is good. Our waiter had body odor.
  
  Older review - Visit 1.5 hrs before our movie started (movie theater next door) we ordered an appetizer, drinks, and wings. Our waiter was not near good costumer service. He brought the wrong order, we ran out of drinks, and had to chase another waiter for our check because we waited and waited and never got our check til pass our movie start time. Their food and it was good to have drinks. But, no refills. Another pro .. atmosphere and tvs to watch the game.

  I was not impressed at the least with my first experience here. I'm not expecting world class service from a wing restaurant however I at minimum expect a decent experience.
  
  I walk in to two servers having a conversation since they weren't busy on a Tuesday night. However there was a lady standing behind the host station which you would assume was the host however she was very hospitable I wasn't greeted at all I had to ask for a table.
  
  Customer Service: Our server came by within 5 min to take our drink orders but for some reason she was already annoyed. Now granted we probably came close to the end of a shift however it wasn't any later than 7:30pm. I had to ask for a refill after the meal had been brought out. This is after requesting the missing dressings which also seemed to add to the irritation. Outside of that one table visit which I consider standard when expecting a tip we never saw our hostess who I began referring to as Cinderella due to her disappearing acts.
  
  Food: We ordered the following items:
  1. Black Bean Burger w/ Fries
  2. Parmesean Wings
  3. Classic Chicken Wrap
  4. Buffalo Wings
  5. Loaded Tater Tots
  
  I would reccomend the black bean burger and tater tots. The rest of the food was pretty good as well but these two were the best from this selection.
  
  Ambiance: This location wasn't very busy and had plenty of tv's visible. Therer wasn't very much noise which was perfect since we came to enjoy dinner and conversation.
  
  I may give this location another chance but there are so many other restaurants in this shopping center it may be a while before I return to this location for a second try.

  Don't even bother wasting your time coming here. We went on a Saturday (*during college football season*) yet only had 2 servers. The place was practically empty yet it took 30 minutes to get water and more than an hour to get our food. Granted the host did his best to explain to us what was going on, this is not a great way to run a business. I'm not going to be coming back to this location ever again, I'll take my business and chances somewhere else.
